Mr. Sam Ayodele Oguntayo is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer. A seasoned capital market operator with wide ranging experience in Commercial and Investment Banking. He has worked in various capacities as Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst before joining Mission Securities Limited. He has attended a number of Management courses including Strategic Planning course, Credit Analysis, Securities Appraisal and Investment Decision, Pension Funds Administration, to mention but a few.

Ayokunle Adetolu
(B.Sc. Hons, MBA, ACS, ANIM)

Head, Capital Market. A stockbroker with over 10 years working experience in the capital market. Mr. Adetolu is an Authorished Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) as well as an Associte Member of both Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM) and The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP). Before joining MSL, Mr. Adetolu has worked as Head of Capital Market Operations of FIS Securities Limited and Yonge Street Securities Limited.

He has attended a number of Management Courses including Strategic Planning Course, Interpersonal Skill for enhanced communication, Personal Financial Planning, Financial Futures and Options among others.

Moses Itedjere
(B.Sc. Hons.) Accounting, MBF, ACM).

Mr Moses Itedjere is the Head of Accounts and Administration Department; an experienced Accountant in stock broking firm for the past 11 years and served in different capacity as Head of Treasuries and Accounts, Systems Manager & Administration. Award winner of Citibank Customer on line account assessment. He has attended several courses organized by Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers on investment & portfolio analysis etc. Also student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria & chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
