Our experience in the capital market shows that majority of shareholders in certain selected securities do not either have the time or required information to monitor their holdings and declared rewards (dividends/Bonus issues) with company registrars. Most of the time, their dividend warrants/bonus certificates are either lost in transit or fraudulently misappropriated by unscrupulous persons, who want to reap where they do not sow.
